Sojourner House To Host Fifth Annual Victorian Tea "Friendraiser"

Sojourner House will host its fifth annual Victorian Tea, Saturday, April 25, noon to 2 p.m., at Amici Restaurant, 860 Saw Mill Run Blvd/Route 51.

Those in attendance can enjoy a delicious tea, silent auction and raffle while learning about the award-winning work of East Liberty-based Sojourner House, a six-month residential rehabilitation program for addicted mothers and their children, and the inspiring stories of the families who live there. This year's Pearl of Hope honoree is Rose Edmundson. Deborah Breslof is serving as this year's honorary chairperson. Sojourner House board member Sandy Hein is tea chairperson.

During this event, participants will be asked to consider supporting Sojourner House with a contribution or by giving their time to volunteer.
